we process your information to respond to your contact requests (art.6 para.1 b, f dsgvo), either directly, through service providers or via transmission to the respective service provider (accommodation, leisure provider, etc.). the communication of address data or telecommunication data is necessary in order to process your request and to answer it via the desired communication channel. we and, if applicable, the respective service provider store the information from your contact request for a further six months after responding to the request, as a rule in case of further inquiries, unless they have to be stored for longer due to legal storage obligations (see, for example, b. below for the storage period for purchases, bookings and contract-related inquiries).
b. bookings, purchases
in the case of a booking or a purchase or other contract-related inquiries, we process your personal data (address data, telecommunication data, booking and purchase data, if applicable financial data) initially for the processing and handling of the booking, order or other contract-related inquiry and, if applicable, for billing and payment processing (art.6 para.1 b dsgvo). in case of booking or purchase of services from third parties, we will transmit your data to the respective service provider as mentioned in the offer, who will process the data for the same purposes. as far as data are marked as mandatory data, they are required for the processing or handling of the respective contract or for billing purposes. your data relevant to the booking, order or other contract-related inquiry and the associated documents (e.g. commercial letters, invoices) will be stored by us or the service providers in accordance with the legal requirements for six years after the conclusion of the contract in accordance with the legal provisions (art.6 para.1 c dsgvo) or ten years (art.6 para.1 c dsgvo).

postal advertising and customer analyses we process your personal data from bookings and purchases (address data, booking/purchase data) for postal advertising with tourist information and offers from the region; in order to be able to send you suitable information, we also carry out internal marketing and customer analyses (art.6 para.1 f dsgvo). storage period for advertising we store your data collected for advertising purposes as long as the advertising purpose continues or until we receive a revocation of your consent or your objection to the processing of your data for advertising purposes (see item 7).
d. display of web content and functions
furthermore, we process data that arises during the use of our website, of course, for the display of the desired content and for the execution of the functions selected by you (art. 6 para.1 b and f dsgvo).
e. ensuring system security
each time a user accesses a page from our website, data about this process is temporarily stored and processed in a log file (art.6 abs.1 f dsgvo). these are:

the temporary storage of this so-called server log data is necessary for the provision of the service for technical reasons and thereafter to ensure system security. the data is anonymized after seven days at the latest by shortening the ip address, unless and insofar as no conspicuous features indicate possible system errors, attempted unauthorized access or other hacker attacks and a longer storage is necessary for further clarification, technical elimination of the problems and/or, if applicable, legal prosecution. the other evaluation of this data is anonymized for statistical purposes.
f. change of purpose

g. extension of the storage periods
the specified storage periods may be extended accordingly if, in individual cases, in particular if the data are processed for different purposes, a longer legal or contractual retention period exists.
