Braunwald as a place of recreation and power
The car-free holiday resort of Braunwald offers you relaxation and adventure on a sun terrace at an altitude of 1300 metres. On more than 230 kilometres of hiking trails and the panoramic trail to Grotzenbüel, you can leave everyday life behind you.
You can also explore the magic of the mountains while e-biking and mountain biking. Paragliders and climbers enjoy the mountains just as much as cosy carriage and gondola riders. Children can follow in the footsteps of Bartli the dwarf or have fun riding ponies.
Travelling to the Adrenalin Hostel Braunwald
You can easily reach the Adrenalin Backpackers Hotel Braunwald by public transport. If you are travelling by car, you will find a large, inexpensive car park at the valley station of the funicular railway in Linthal. Once you reach the top of the sun terrace, you will find the Adrenalin Backpackers Hotel Braunwald right next to the mountain station.
Glarnerland Pass for all guests
All our guests receive a Glarnerland Pass, with which you can use public transport in the Glarus Süd region free of charge - as well as many other benefits. Further information can be found under the following link We will send you the link to the Glarnerland Pass approx. 10 days before your arrival.

The popular frilingue language camps & math camps have moved into Adrenalin. Language camps are held at Adrenalin during the spring, summer and fall vacations. During this time, we only rent out individual rooms to out-of-town guests. The rest of the rooms are occupied by young people between 8 and 17 years of age as well as staff of the Frilingue language camps. We would therefore like to draw your attention to the fact that children's noise is to be expected in the hostel during this time. Thank you for your understanding.
